North-North-East (NNE) is Health Zone

a critical Vastu zone governing health, immunity, and well-being, located between the North and Northeast. It is associated with the water element and ruled by Indra, promoting positive energy and rejuvenation. It is highly recommended for meditation, medicine storage, or a prayer room (puja room), but must be kept clean, light, and free from toilets.

    • Best Uses:
      Ideal for a
      puja room (mandir)
      or a place to store medicines to enhance their healing properties
      . It is also considered auspicious for starting new business ventures

  • Avoid: Toilets are strictly prohibited here, as they can cause severe health issues. Avoid heavy furniture, clutter, or the kitchen in this zone.
  • Significance: It is the “zone of health” in modern Vastu. Keeping it balanced brings, mental clarity and rejuvenation.
  • Remedies: If a toilet exists here, it is considered a major defect, but it is better than a toilet in the main North East. The negative effects can be minimized using Vastu, which includes using specific colors (light blue/white) or, in advanced Mahavastu remedies, using blue-colored tapes or treatments on the toilet seat.
